By accessing and using the services of RapidVibez Benefits Consultation Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

RapidVibez provides consultation services to help Canadian residents understand and apply for various government benefits. We do not guarantee approval of any benefit applications.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, respond promptly to requests for additional information, and inform us of any changes that may affect their application.

Consultation fees are outlined in our service agreement. Payment is due as specified in your individual service contract. We do not charge fees based on benefit amounts received.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for decisions made by government agencies regarding benefit applications.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
